Cardio Training

I've seen success through the use of a rowing. Many people under estimate how powerful rowing can be both for you cardio and your strength. You can either use a machine or actually go outside to row - either way its a great way to get your heart rate up to fat burning level. Shoot to do your workout in intervals which means aim at about a 1:3 ratio of hard to easy. For example train hard for about 30 seconds and easy for about 1.5 minutes and repeat about 15 times.

Strength Training

Cable Crossovers are a great way to tone up your pectoral muscles. You'll need a pulley station for this exercise. Grab the handles of each side of the station and stand with your arms extended at about shoulder level. Slowly bring your arms together and cross them in front of you. Bring them back to their original position and then repeat. Shoot for about 4 sets of 10 reps.

Important Things To Note

Although these are great tips that will aid in losing your man boobs, there is one thing I want to make very clear. For many dealing with gynecomastia, all the training in the world won't do any good if you don't treat your hormonal imbalance. Your body may be producing too much estrogen and not enough testosterone which means physical training can only do so much.
